hedgehog culling team

The team of people from Scottish Natural Heritage were keen to give the impression that they were under threat from animal rights activitsts - and that they had to remain anonymous. As you will see from one of the other photographs, the hedgehog rescuers were the friendliest of folk - and actually had a tacit arrangement with the culling team not to work in the same areas - thereby avoiding confrontation.
